Would you believe that I’ve never had curry of any kind? I know… Surprising, right? Especially with how much I love food!
I bookmarked this to make it as my meatless meal for next week. It sounds amazing, and I’ve been really wanting to try curry! I might add some sort of beans for protein, too. Cannellini, maybe? Or Black?
You’ve got to try curry! I’m am surprised you’ve never tried itMs Foodie 😀 …let me know what you think , and beans would be great addition!!
I know, right? I’m surprised, too! I grew up living with my grandmother who was a picky eater. My culinary love came after I moved out and was able to experience more!
I hope you enjoy it!!
