Instead of writing, I’ve been out doing things. The weather has been amazing so I’ve taken the opportunity to run more, train more and just be out in the sun. If you live in the UK, you gotta take all the chances you get to top up your vitamin D.
But I’ve still been mixing it up in the kitchen, I’ve gone vegetarian and I’m finding new ways to get protein into my diet now that I can’t just wolf down a fillet steak.
So I’ve been pimping my overnight oats with protein powder.
Overnight oats have gone down a storm in the office, I’m finding myself making a bumper batch every night. This evening I’ve gone mocha, here’s the recipe.
